Cioffi finished the year with 19 touchdowns at quarterback and two touchdowns as a defensive back. Playing mostly at safety, Cioffi notched nearly 60 tackles and four intereceptions. He also showed his speed and agility in the return game, taking three kick returns to the house for touchdowns. Dayton’s runs the triple option and Cioffi registered 750 yards rushing and roughly 300 passing yards on the year.
