Will Fuller is a long, lean, super-efficient and quick sophomore wide receiver prospect from Roman Catholic High School for Boys (Pa.). After attending Rutgers camp this offseason, he has emerged as top prospect on Rutgers’ radar. When watching his sophomore film, it is apparent why that is the case. Fuller has a lot of the tools required to become a top-flight receiver.
