College: The true sophomore was named a Freshman All-American due to a breakout freshman campaign at Rutgers. He was also a Big-East All-Rookie selection amongst receiving many other accolades. In the 32 contests that he started, Rosario contributed 16.2 poins and 3.2 rebounds per game.

High School: Rosario was a 2008 McDonalds All- American, and the first to attend Rutgers University. He led the St. Anthony's Friars to a 32-0 record and #1 national ranking in 2008 under head coach Bob Hurley,Sr.
